Four of Memodyne's seven ingredients are amino acids. If that phrase has always felt like unexplained science-speak, here's the short version.
Amino acids are small molecules the body uses as building blocks, most familiarly for proteins, but also for other processes depending on the specific amino acid.
Some amino acids are made by the body on its own; others need to come from food or supplements. Arginine sits in a middle category the body can produce, but not always in the amounts some formulas are built around.
Different amino acids play different roles, which is part of why Memodyne includes four of them rather than just one.
